This patient presented with multiple missing upper molar teeth. As well as reduced chewing ability, the appearance of the brown stained back tooth visible in the smile was something she wanted changing.
2 implants were placed to replace three missing teeth. The whole process was fully digital, not ever needing putty impressions.
This is a 3D printed model of the patients mouth on which the implant bridge is seated.
Final result. Big smiles all round.
This patient had infections around his front three teeth requiring removal. He had a denture made as a temporary measure until the time was right to have permanent dental implants.
He disliked his plastic removable denture, and having to removed food from underneath it after eating and having to remove it at night. He never go used to the plastic palatal coverage of the denture and so opted for a more permanent implant bridge.
Following bone grafting and implant placements, the patient is more comfortable with his teeth and no longer has to worry about trapped food or removing his teeth.
