Smile on presentation. This lovely lady wanted to improve the appearance of her failing retained baby tooth before her wedding. She disliked the in-standing position and the darkness of the tooth which always caught her eye in photographs,
Following a short course of clear aligner orthodontics, baby tooth removal, immediate implant placement and gum conditioning with a provisional crown, a natural gum contour was obtained.
