This patient came to me complaining of multiple missing back teeth with poor aesthetics of the front teeth. On examination it was clear that he suffered with gum disease (periodontitis). After attempts to resolve the gum disease to keep the remaining upper teeth failed, it was decided to remove and replace all of the upper teeth with a full arch implant bridge
All the remaining upper teeth were removed and 6 well spaced dental implants were placed.
A full set of teeth was screwed into place improving chewing ability, his smile, and his confidence.
